Standard Membership

Starting at $30 per month, per machine

Includes lifetime technical support, priority scheduling, labor and parts for covered repairs, remote troubleshooting, bill validator and coin mechanism cleaning, vend motor support, price updates and programming. Standard service fees apply. Common exclusions include neglect or mismanagement.

Premium Membership

Starting at $49 per month, per machine

All Standard benefits plus one free service visit per year, annual full cleaning and maintenance, discounted parts for premium machines, loaner machine availability if needed, enhanced refrigeration coverage depending on machine age, and fastest priority scheduling. Ideal for high-traffic or high-value locations.

Refrigeration Coverage Details

Refrigeration repairs involve costly parts like compressors and sealed systems. Coverage applies only to machines bought new from VendVerse or under 3 years old at sale, and not exceeding 5 years during membership. Machines older than 5 years retain coverage for motors, boards, validators, coin mechanisms, sensors, wiring, programming, and mechanical faults.

Included Repairs and Services

Our Extended Warranty Membership covers labor and parts for key components like vend motors, coin mechanisms, bill validators, control boards (age-dependent), sensors, and more. Lease customers receive full coverage for mechanical and electronic failures caused by normal use, plus remote troubleshooting support.

Exclusions and Limitations

Damage from vandalism, water, power surges, improper placement, and cosmetic issues are not covered. Refrigeration repairs for machines older than five years, such as compressor replacements and sealed system rebuilds, are also excluded to maintain fair coverage.

Eligibility for VendVerse Extended Warranty

Warranty coverage eligible to all VendVerse purchased machines at any time and is automatically included with leased equipment. Refrigeration protection depends on machine age, requiring verification to ensure eligibility. Snack machines made after 2006 qualify for full warranty coverage. Inspections are necessary only if the machine has been relocated, modified, stored improperly, or is nearing refrigeration coverage limits.
