    Vending machines dispense products automatically. Micro-markets feature open shelves, coolers, and self-checkout kiosks offering a wider variety including fresh and frozen items, ideal for higher-traffic sites.
  • Can VendVerse stock my leased machine?

    Yes — leased machines can be stocked by VendVerse upon request.

    Important: If VendVerse stocks the machine, VendVerse retains 100% of the revenue generated.

  • How does the VendVerse leasing program work?

    Leasing includes:


    Affordable monthly rate


    Automatic 6-month rate reductions


    Minimum rate of $50/month


    Full warranty coverage


    Optional stocking service


    Perfect for small workplaces or businesses that don’t want to purchase equipment.

  • Do lease customers pay service fees?

    Not for normal mechanical failures or internal issues.

    A service fee applies only when breakdowns are caused by:


    Neglect


    Mismanagement

    Customer-caused damage

  • Can I buy my leased machine?

    Yes — you have exclusive purchase rights at fair market value as long as your lease is active or renewed on time.

  • What happens if I forget to renew my lease?

    If no renewal confirmation is received within 3 weeks, VendVerse may relocate the machine to the next customer on reservation.

  • What does the VendVerse Extended Warranty cover?

    Coverage includes:


    Labor + parts for most mechanical and electronic repairs


    Vend motors, boards, validators, coin mechs, sensors


    Light refrigeration electronics (age-dependent)


    Remote support & diagnostics


    Programming updates


    Cleaning of bill validators/coin mechs

    VendVerse did not supply the equipment

    Yes, although for leased machines or for small-footprint locations terms apply.

  • Who keeps the revenue if VendVerse stocks the machine?

    VendVerse retains 100% of revenue from machines it stocks.

  • Do customers pay for spoilage?

    Only at very small locations where product turnover is low.

    Large sites naturally offset spoilage through high sales volume.

    This policy ensures fairness and sustainability.

  • Do you sell new and used vending machines?

    Yes — VendVerse sells:

    Refurbished machines


    Each unit is tested and verified before sale.

  • Do VendVerse machines come with lifetime support?

    Yes — all machines sold by VendVerse are eligible for:


    Extended warranty membership

  • Can VendVerse procure specific machines for me?

    Yes — with a Letter of Intent (LOI) and deposit.

    Special procurements require a 12-month minimum lease or warranty enrollment.

  • How long does installation take?

    Most installations occur within 7–14 business days, depending on configuration and travel distance.

  • Can VendVerse relocate my machine?

    Yes — relocation inside the same building is free for clients with warranty or lease coverage.
